Ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all. Renewable energy solutions are becoming cheaper, more reliable and more efficient every day. Our current reliance on fossil fuels is unsustainable and harmful to the planet, which is why we have to change the way we produce and consume energy. Implementing these new energy solutions as fast as possible is essential to counter climate change, one of the biggest threats to our own survival.
PROBLEM:
The key problem that we will like to solve is that the Sustainable Development Goals are not known to public and citizens are not motivated to act upon to solve these problems. If timely action is not taken, we will not be able to achieve the goal to address these problems by 2030.
WHAT IS THE SOLUTION?
Kind Cause is focusing on solving this key problems by:
- Raising awareness of the sustainable development goals and start a discussion as how to achieve them
- Involving the knowledge workers to brain-storm on ideas as how to tackle these problems
- Work with other nonprofits and help them become more efficient by making use of technology. Why? This will help them reduce their operational costs to ultimately help them to do more for our community.
- Help fund-raise for the nonprofits who are working to achieve the sustainable development goals
